HIPPOS Is PyPLIF On Steroids

Software to identify Protein-Ligand Interaction Fingerprints

PyPLIF HIPPOS, or just call it HIPPOS, is a program/script written in Python to analyze protein-ligand interaction from the molecular docking result. The current version only support the docking results from PLANTS docking software and AutoDock Vina.

HIPPOS is the upgraded version of PyPLIF. Click here to go to our page for the original PyPLIF.
